Dragonflight Raid Rules

Our guild holds large scale Dragonflight raids, which can take quite some time and effort to put together. We have to keep in mind party balancing, who to leave behind and what tactic is most appropriate for that day. The following rules apply to these raids.

Note: We hope these rules will help our future raids go more smoothly, if not we will have to consider something more serious to help us deal with the issue.

Rules

No surprises
Do not join a Dragonflight raid without letting us know. If you join Dragonflight without telling us you could potentially ruin the whole run by putting us over budget. Over budget means a dragon becomes immune when more than 20 players are trying to fight it.

First timers
If it is your first time joining a raid, let us know ahead of time.

Sign up with the right character
All members who sign up for Dragonflight on the events tab have to do so on the character they want to join with, or note the name of the character they want to join with.

Show up early
All members who join Dragonflight have to be present ahead of time at a minimum of 15 minutes.

5 minute mark
If you show up 5 minutes before Dragonflight goes down you may be denied access to the raid or put in a spare team if possible depending on the already decided tactic and amount of participants. We urge you to please just be on time to avoid any issues.

Pay attention
All members who join a raid have to keep their eyes on the guild, party and private chat for instructions and additional info or tips being given.

Follow instructions
All members have to follow the raid leader(s) instructions and follow instructions from any party leaders, if assigned.

Handling issues
No disrespecting is allowed towards any members we are working together with. If you have something to say about the raid or someone, contact a leader or officer afterwards in private.
