| Inviting rules
1. Check character limit when inviting alternative characters of guild members * Always check the rank of a guild member if they ask you to invite their alternative characters (aka alt). Each rank has a character limit so it is possible they are not allowed more characters at their current rank. If a member does not agree or understand, sent them to a mentor, officer or leader. All rank limits can be found found here.
2. Inform a rank 6-7 when you invite a alternative character When you have invited another character of a already guild member; inform Hezrou, Benn or Elva so they can promote the player to their proper rank.
3. Inform a rank 5+ when you invite a new player to the guild * When you invite a new player to the guild, inform a rank 5 or higher so they can invite them to the TDBP channel and add officer notes.
4. Follow the rules when recruiting. * If you are inviting a new member, follow the recruiting rules and steps mentioned under recruiting rules and tips.
* Important!
Recruiting rules
1. Make sure the players name@handle looks ok. If their name or handle spells SuckDick or means anything offensive, tell the player they can only join (if they pass the interview) when they change their name. Any handle listed @85747204 could be a bot/scammer, so be extra careful with recruiting those.
2. Get to know the player and answer their questions. Get to know the player a little and see if they are friendly. Ask questions like where they are from, how long they have been playing NW and if they are PvP or PvE focussed.
3. Tell them more about us if needed. Tell them more about us and answer their questions to the best you can. (Guild info can be found under "guild details")
4. Inform them of our guild rules and make sure they understand and agree. The most important rules you should mention can be found in the next topic below. All guild rules can be found here.
5. Inform them of our subscription system and make sure they understand and agree. A description you can use to explain the subscription can be found under "Interview Template" colored in yellow. If needed, explain to the recruit he/she has 3-6 weeks to try out our guild for free, that we help them farm the requirements when needed and that the amounts will always be easy and reasonable to obtain. All info about our subscription system can be found here.
6. Invite them to the guild and welcome them. Introduce the new players to everyone in the guild chat.
7. Sent them the welcomes mail (found below). Please do not forget to sent this! Sent them the welcomes mail that has a lot of necessary info about how to join the TDBP channel, how to fill in members comments, all guild and alliance code of conduct, how to report incidents, Teamspeak and social media links and so on.
8. Inform a rank 5 or higher of the new guild member by PM or mail. Inform a mentor, officer or leader by PM or mail so that they can add officer notes and invite the player to the TDBP channel.
Mention these most important guild requirements & rules
- The player must be 18+. - The player must play non exploit. - The player must full greed in guild parties. - The player must be online once in two weeks (they must inform Hezrou if they stay away for longer). - The player must be nice and respectful. - The player must fill in their members comments as requested. (Main/Alt of: Name | Item level | Country | To do.) - The player must join our TDBP channel. - Members guild rank 2 or higher pay a weekly subscription fee in Influence or Astral Diamonds. - Members stick to our character limit.
Guild Details
- We have no item level, level or experience level requirements. - We welcome everyone regardless gender, culture or religion. (But do keep religious and controversial lifestyle topics to yourself.) - Our guild is PvE focused, though about 10% of us PvP as well. - Most of our members are from Europe, then the US, but we have a few more all around. - We are part of the NWLC Alpha alliance. - Our guild holds Dragonflight, Tiamat and Demogorgon raids weekly. - We usually have 5-20 players online and 100 members on average. - Everyone in our guild speaks English. Some better than others, but enough to get around.

Thank you for joining our guild,
We kindly request you to do two things:
1. Fill in your members comments as requested: Main/Alt of: Name | Item Level | Country | To do list (optional).
2. Join our guild's party channel named TDBP. Invites to this channel have to be accepted in the Chatbox Options > Custom Channels. No invite? Ask a leader for a invite. (rank 6-7). This channel is strictly for (dungeon) run and quest help requests and to communicate through via alts not in the guild

Intro
Hello .....
Thank you for your interest. I got a few things to tell you about our guild and ask a couple questions, do you have time for that?
May I ask where you are from, how long you have been playing Neverwinter and if you are a PvE or PvP player?
Sounds good. Our guild is PvE focused, though about 10% of us PvP as well. Most of our members are from Europe, then the US, but we have a few more all around.
Do you have any more questions about our guild? Or should I continue to our guild rules?
Guild rules
We require you to play non exploit, be nice and respectful, keep your members comments up to date, are online once in two weeks, full greed in guild parties, join our TDBP channel and are 18+.
Are you 18+ and do you understand the definition of non exploit and full greed parties?
Subscription
At last I have to make you aware that we require subscriptions fees (tax) from guild rank 2 and up. If you are not yet lvl 70 and 1,6k IL it is free, else the first 3 to 6 weeks are free.
If you are lvl 70 and 1,6k IL you will receive a promotion offer in 3 weeks (depending on when you joined and when we do promotions) that you can decline once, 3 weeks later you will have to accept.
IL means Item Level.
This is to improve our Stronghold for better boons and items for everyone. In return you can have +1 character per rank, get more & higher withdraw rates and can join events for higher rewards.
The fee contains Influence or Astral Diamonds depending on what we need. Influence you can easily farm with us for free, AD will usually not exceed 10-15-20k per rank.
It is a weekly fee. Example: If you are rank 2 we ask for 10k AD or 1200 influence once a week.
At level 70 and 1,6k IL it is fairly easy to gain 10k AD in 30 min. We do enough dungeons to help members meet their requirements and of course you can always ask us for help.
If these rules are alright with you, I gladly sent a invite
Additional explanations
1. Non exploit means we do not take advantages of bugs in the game (cheating basically) or run from combat. We only take a few natural shortcuts, but other then that we play the game as intended.
2. Full greed means we greed on all loot in guild parties. Everyone has a chance on winning anything, good gear drops only for yourself now anyway. An old rule we like to keep for the sense of bonding.
3. The TDBP channel is a custom chat channel in game that we use to make parties for dungeons, raids etc and communicate through via alts not in the guild.
