| Our guild holds large scale Tiamat raids, which can take some time and effort to put together. We try to keep in mind party balancing, which team to sent where and what tactic is most appropriate for the raids capabilities. Even though you might think that Tiamat is not a very big deal, the best we plan ahead the smoothes the run will be without any potential failures. Also note that we often group with other players from outside the guild, because the raid is so largely scaled, we want to make a good impression. The following rules apply to these Tiamat raids.
Note: We hope these rules will help our future raids go more smoothly, if not we will have to consider something more serious to help us deal with any issues.
Rules
Sign up on time Please sign up on the events tab if you plan on joining, do so at least 15 minutes ahead of time.

First timers If it is your first time joining a Tiamat raid, let us know ahead of time.
Show up early All members who join Tiamat have to be present ahead of time at a minimum of 15 minutes.
Pay attention All members who join a raid have to keep their eyes on the que and private chat for instructions and additional info or tips being given.
Follow instructions All members have to follow the raid leader(s) instructions and follow instructions from any party leaders, if assigned.
Echo instructions All assigned party leaders should echo their teams instructions to their team.
Be your best Tiamat raids require 25 players, which we most of the time won't make with just our guildies. This means we have to invite players from outside our guild. We want to look our best and not leave other players with a bad impression of our guild, so be the best you can be.
Handling issues No disrespecting is allowed towards any members we are working together with, in or outside our guild. If you have something to say about the raid or someone, contact a leader or officer afterwards in private.
