The member is 18 +.
For the safety of young players, we require our members to be at least 18 years old.

The member is active
You need to be online at least once in two weeks. Make sure to give a heads up by mail or pm to one of our guild leaders if you plan on disappearing for a while.

The member has to accept a promotion after 3 to 6 weeks if they are lvl 70 + 1,6 IL
To encourage activity we require lvl 70 + 1,6k Item Level rank 1’s to become rank 2 on the next promotion round and make the weekly donation requirement (see next point), they may decline this offer only once.

Members rank 2 and up make a weekly donation requirement based on their rank
To keep our Stronghold growing steadily we require weekly donations in Influence or Astral Diamonds per rank 2,3 and 4+, the required currency and amounts are announced every week by mail. AD will usually not exceed 10-15-20K and all other currency amounts will be reasonable.

Members comments are filled out as requested
The member has to note the following in the members comments:
Main/Alt of: Name | Item level | Country | To do list (dungeons or need help with...etc).

Members join the TDBP channel as requested
We use the TDBP (True DragonBlood Party) channel to make parties for raids, dungeons and all sort of activities.

Members stick to our character limit
1 character allowed at rank 1, 2 at rank 2, 3 at rank 3, 5 at rank 4, 6 at rank 5, 7 at rank 6 and 8 at rank 7. Because rank 4 are long term members, it has a extra character slot. These limits are needed to create enough space for all current and yet to come accounts and their characters.

The member will not receive a promotion offer if they are away for one or two weeks
We want to reward activity, thus we will not offer promotions to members who have not been able to log in once for one or two weeks. When they return they will receive a promotion offer the next time we hold promotions.

The member may only be reinvited once after leaving (or being kicked from) the guild
If you decided to leave the guild or have been kicked for inactivity, you can contact any leader to ask for a reinvite. They will then consider your return, based on several questions surrounding your leave.

The member is helpful
You are kind and helpful to other guild members by either giving them tips or helping them with quests or dungeons.

The member shows respect
You show respect to your fellow guild members, treat them nicely and keep strong opinions that might cause dilemma's for yourself. The guild is not a place to discuss politics, religion or any controversial life style subjects.

The member is also kind and fair towards none guild members
You are kind and fair to your fellow guild members, but also to everyone not in the guild. We do not condone any form of speaking filth, taking unfair advantage of or scamming players. If we catch onto such behavior the member will receive a warning or instant kick depending on the severeness of the encounter. This is a undesirable attitude that can bleed towards the guild, but above all we do not want our guild name above a guild members head that behaves like so.

The member is a non exploit player
Guild members do not use exploits or glitches when they party with other guild members. A definition of exploits and glitches can be found here.

No botting toons allowed
Technically this is a exploit, but we like to address this issue separately. Botting toons are not allowed in our guild, as they will have no use to us and draw unwanted attention and imagery.

The member follows our party loot rules
In full guild parties (5/5), we agree without saying that we shall all greed on all the loot; uncommon, rare or epic. This way we give everyone a fair chance on winning anything that drops. In a party with less guild members loot rules will be determined in party chat.
