| History of True DragonBlood.
Pre-history A lone wizard had been traveling the lands of Neverwinter, fighting battle's for the good, pride and coin. Her years of learning, crafting and fighting had left her with a taste for more adventure, as great evil caught her glimpse which made her determine her new goals. Many castle's and caves where dwelling with foul creatures, they formed pits where all evil was born. What way best then to destroy evil from within?
She foresaw that these were not mere adventures and searched for aid inside the city of Protectors Enclave. As she found brothers and sisters they battle'd the monster side to side. But soon she realized there was no pride left in most of the hearts of her fellow adventures. They searched for easy and dishonorable ways to complete their goals, leaving brothers and sisters behind.
After months of battling and trying to keep up the pride, she felt exhausted. Left with many injury's and little prize she searched for brothers and sisters who shared her view...
The beginning One day she stumbled upon a a salesman, who told her about the guilds. A allegiance that bonds adventures together, to share their visions, experience and knowledge. This concept brought light to her heart as she arranged a set up with the salesman. "True DragonBlood" the guild was named. A mighty strong dragon, that from there on should dwell within the guild members veins.
The first up rise She then went on her quests, finding more brothers and sisters who shared her view. Days, weeks and months passed as more and more adventures joined. From experienced knights, wizards and rogue's to new adventures not yet aware of their own powers, all were welcomed with warmth. Some turned out to be loyal brothers and sisters, True DragonBlood's to the bone. Others turned out rather greedy, dishonorable or evil and were banned for eternity or went their own ways. There were nights of feasting and laughter and days of battle with pride. Although not every battle ended in succes, "let the gods bless our fallen", they all came home together, tending to each others wounds and sharing their wealth.
As the guild grew the once lone wizard was in need of aid leading this group of adventurers. Facing the tasks on her own would become too heavy for her slim elven shoulders. She found great comfort and help in a wealthy, strong and wicked wizard, who shared the guild's view and was more than happy to help out. Together they lead the guild with pride, times where good and it seemed like nothing could take them down.
Months passed and the flow of adventurers who come and go like travelers passing a inn remained the same. Some would drink at this inn every night and day, but some where interested in searching for interesting drinks in different inns. None the less the two wizards where more than happy to give anyone interested a taste of their guild. As the voices of every adventurers mixed and became louder and harder to be heard, they assigned two officers to help them get around. A swift, powerful and very funny rogue and a another strong wizard with incredible knowledge stood at their sides. Together they sought over the adventurers that liked the taste of their guild, as they grew stronger and started welcomed their friends from all across the land.

| The down fall With this increasing power and fractions of friends and allies forming within the guild a movement started to evolve beneath the surface. While the two wizards and rogue where fighting and feasting side by side, oblivious to what was yet to happen, one of the new adventurers, a powerful big tank, was making plans of his own. He had started to poison some of the guilds adventurers with promises of a better and more powerful guild that he would arise from the ashes of True DragonBlood that he sought to destroy. Several adventurers admired his power and views, they where more than eager to follow in his footsteps in hope he would share this power, wealth and knowledge he so preached about. So they gathered at night, when both wizards where fast asleep to safely execute their plan. They called up on all awake adventurers to drop their banners and join them in their march to leave True DragonBlood in ashes and plunder and pillage whatever they sought useful. A significant portion of the guild's adventurers followed them into the fire, believing every promise he made. His voice was so loud and alluring that it even convinced the wizard to drop his officer duties and friendships in order to escape within the flames. However. several of the adventurers stat fast and claimed they would rather burn than betray their guild as they watched the rebels disappear into the night.
The next morning the rogue called out for the two wizards "something has happened, it is bad". The two wizards listened as the rogue explained what had happened while they walked towards the remainders of their guild. Smoke rising above the adventurers that where left scattered in small groups, confused or angry as they talked about what had just taken place. The once lone wizard felt devastated and sadness filled her heart. Her once so beautiful and seemingly happy guild had been ripped apart and what was more so, by a dearest friend. She fell upon her wizard's and rogue's shoulders and cried "How could he betray us?". Her sadness made place for anger but soon she realized that nothing good would become of it, she would not become part of the very thing she was trying to fight. So they gathered their pieces and wrapped their wounds, trying forget the horrible sight.
Sadly, the tank could not let it go, he continued to haunt True DragonBlood for a while as he tried to convince other adventurers to leave and join them still. The once lone wizard decided to fight him with diplomacy and threatened to report him to the capital if he continued his deceiving. So the pestering stopped and True DragonBlood was finally ready to rest and rebuild.
The after match The two wizards and rogue had learned from their mistakes, no longer would they fall for suspicious or devious figures again. They started to take great care of who they welcomed to their guild and ranks, slowly but surely the guild recovered from their injuries until all that was left where a set of scars. Months passed as these scars remained visible, but everyone had learned to love True DragonBlood as it was.
The adventurers where happy and returned to feasting and fighting once more. However, the wicked wizard had slowly become weary of his adventurers and desired to travel to different worlds more so. The lone wizard became aware of this, as she struggled to keep him close even though their departure was inevitable. She awaited the day that only she would be left to lead the scarred guild as the rogue was traveling the lands for other important matters and only had so little time to aid True DragonBlood where needed be.
When the day arrived, it did not as the lone wizard had hoped for. Their years of friendship where left for dead in emptiness, without a proper goodbye. Once more she felt deceived and was ready to give up and retire. The rogue however did not agree, he lifted her up by her arms and promised to help and carry the weight, to bring back glory to True DragonBlood and shine like it used to do. The wizards partner who usually lurked in the shadows, as tieflings like to do, also stood up to support her and promised to aid wherever he could. As their words filled the wizards heart with promise and happiness, together they reorganized the guild vision with their minds focussend on good times ahead.
Some adventurers did not agree with the guild's changes and their numbers where as low as they ever been. Yet the three friends remained positive, what wouldn't kill them would make them stronger, and so it did.

| The second up rise More months passed and the guild's reorganization had started to pay off. More adventurers where eager to join the ranks and even more so where knowledgeable and honest beings. Times began to look bright again and another adventurer joined the officer ranks, a even more powerful rogue with a talent for leadership. much welcomed by the leaders pack.
Up on a day they where offered a great deal, to clear a old Stronghold ruin of evil and wild beasts and keep safe the citizens, in return they would be allowed to live in the Stronghold and call it their own. The guild had always dreamed of such a opportunity and where more than eager to start their new adventurers.
Till this day they work on this Stronghold and surrounding lands, as they have already rebuild a significant amount of the ruin and surrounding towns. They continue to expand their capabilities and search mountain and hill for more suitebles adventures. May pride and friendship be always at their sides.
to be continued..
