ToD Lifesteal boon

| It was brought to my attention today that the Tyranny of Dragons Tier 5 boon 'Dragon's Thirst' has an incorrect tooltip, which says 'grants 3/4/5% increased Life Steal' when in actual it should read 'grants 4/6/8% increased Life Steal'. It has been reported on the bug section since Mod 5 but has never been updated. This makes it the best boon by far of the Tier 5 boons and it means I have another respec to do

| If I recall correctly this boon increases your life steal severity, not your life steal chance, which can be more or less useful depending on your class, if you do a lot of hits the deal a smaller amount of damage it will be useful to get more health from one if lifesteal procs, however if you are dealing less hits but bigger damage you might not notice much difference since then if lifesteal procs your healthbar will be (fully) filled anyway.
Regardless, I was not aware of this bug/discrepancy/incorrect tooltip, so good find and thanks for sharing

| Thank's for the tip.
Did some search in the net and seems the numbers are really wrong, but it is still life steal severity percentage and not chance.
