This week True DragonBlood will hold the "Search for Heroes" event once more! During this event you can test your persuasion skills to recruit players for our guild. For each player recruited you receive points that will be posted to a online scoreboard to make it more fun and competitieve for everyone. The top three players at the end of this week will receive some cool prizes, everyone else a small gift for their efforts.
How does it work?
Recruit players from September the 7th till the 14th, you must make sure they fit the profile (details under recruiting rules). Then once you've found a possible recruit, PM or Mail Elva@elvalianon or Hezrou@kur667 or Benn Tallcrippler@kaloth69 the recruits name@handle and we do a short investigation and shall invite the recruit for you, after which you receive a X amount of points depending on the out come and the recruit.
Recruitment rules
- Do NOT spam recruitment messages in zone chat, this will only create a bad image.
- Be kind and respectful, have a chat and tell them more about our guild and answer their questions to the best you can.
- Make sure the player is behaving mature and is 18+.
- Make sure the player plays or is willing to play legit and understands what non exploit means.
- Make sure the player knows we full greed in guild parties and understands this loot method.
Points distribution
20 points - Level 70 player.
15 points - Level 60+ player.
10 points - Level 0-60 player.
5 points - When the player does not pass the end investigation.
-5 points - If you did not interview the player and just sent them straight to us without making any effort.
Event rules
- You have to be rank 2 or higher to participate in this event.
- You have to hold the interview, we will only investigate shortly to see if they meet the important requirements.
- If you invite a recruit yourself we cannot trace this recruit back to your name and cannot give credit.
- If you let someone not Elva, Hez or Nil invite a recruit for you that doesn't give a heads up we cannot give credit for it.
I highly discourage you to contact anyone else than these 3 players.

3rd place - 2x [Enchantment, Rank 7] of choice from the guild bank's collection. (Prizes are worth around 20k AD.)

Interview info and tips
- Get to know the player, ask where they are from, how long they have been playing Neverwinter etc.
- Tell them about our guild, what we do and focus on.
- Most of our players are from Europe and the US.
- 73% of our members are lvl 70, 16,5% is lvl 60-70 and 10,5% is lvl 0-60.
- 90% PvE, 10% PvE/PvP.
